Questa <strong>Crostata Vaniglia e Cioccolato</strong> fatta con una pasta frolla sottile e croccante, farcita con un duplice strato di crema pasticcera  è un vero piacere da mordere. E’ una crostata alla crema<strong> </strong>molto buona<strong>, </strong>anche<strong> </strong>grazie al giusto rapporto tra la pasta frolla e la crema pasticcera che sono davvero ben dosati e la  rendono gustosa e delicata. Prepararla non richiede molto tempo perché si impasta velocemente e inoltre, mentre teniamo la pasta in frigo a riposare, possiamo approfittarne per cuocere la crema!</p>

<strong>COSTO</strong>: basso</p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Ingredienti </strong>della Crostata Vaniglia e Cioccolato</span></h3>
<p><em>Per la pasta frolla</em>:<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>farina</strong>: 300 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>burro</strong>: 120 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>zucchero</strong>: 120 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>uova : </strong>1+1 tuorlo<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>lievito per dolci</strong>: 1  bustina<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> </strong><strong>vanillina</strong>: 1 bustina<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>sale</strong>: un pizzico</p>
<p><em>Per la crema</em>:<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong> latte: 600 ml</strong><br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>zucchero</strong>:150 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>uova</strong> : 3 tuorli<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> farina</strong> : 30 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>frumina</strong>: 20 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>cacao amaro</strong>: 2/3 cucchiai</p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Preparazione </strong>della Crostata Vaniglia e Cioccolato</span></h3>
<p>Per preparare questa gustosissima Crostata Vaniglia e Cioccolato comincia col fare la crema pasticcera seguendo il procedimento che vedi in<a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/crema-pasticcera-della-nonna/" data-wpel-link="internal"> questo post, </a>ma con le dosi sopra indicate. Una volta pronta la crema pasticcera dividila in due parti, una lasciala bianca e nell&#8217;altra stempera il cacao. <strong>Setaccia la farina e il lievito per dolci</strong> sulla spianatoia, unisci lo zucchero, il burro spezzettato, un pizzico di sale, la bustina di vaniglia e infine aggiungi l&#8217;uovo intero e il tuorlo. Impasta il tutto velocemente fino a formare una palla, avvolgila nella pellicola e <strong>lasciala riposare in frigo</strong> per una ventina di minuti. Passato il tempo riprendi<strong> </strong>la pasta dal frigo e dividila in due parti, una un po’ più grande per foderare la teglia e una più piccola per  fare le strisce di copertura. Quindi imburra e infarina la tortiera, tira la sfoglia e fodera il tegame; versa nella tortiera la crema bianca e stendila, dopo metti quella al cioccolato e decorala con le strisce di pasta. Inforna a 200°C, forno ventilato, per circa 20 minuti e il dolce è pronto.<br />

A casa mia la <a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/focaccia-di-patate/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="internal">focaccia </a>non manca mai, o quasi, diciamo che la faccio molto spesso! A volte con il lievito madre, altre con il lievito di birra, a volte metto le patate, altre volte metto più farina in modo che venga &nbsp;bella alta e soffice, altre, invece, la faccio con meno farina per farla più bassa e croccante. Di solito la condisco semplicemente, con olio d&#8217;oliva, pomodori e origano, altre volte, invece, metto olive, peperoni, <a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/focaccia-al-rosmarino/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="internal">rosmarino </a>o <a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/focaccia-alle-cipolle/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="internal">cipolle </a>(prima sbollentate in acqua salata), insomma, è sempre condita con molta fantasia! Comunque sia viene sempre una focaccia appetitosa, da gustare con gli affettati, da sola o insieme a un invitante secondo!</p>
<h2><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">RICETTA della focaccia&nbsp; con Lievito Madre, Cipolla e Pomodori</span></strong></h2>
<p><strong>RICETTA</strong> <strong>per una teglia di 30</strong><strong>/32 cm di diametro</strong><br />

<h2><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">INGREDIENTI della focaccia&nbsp; con Lievito Madre, </span></strong><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Cipolla e Pomodori</span></strong></h2>
<p>&gt;&gt;<strong> farina doppio zero: </strong>300 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>semola rimacinata</strong>: 200 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>lievito madre rinfrescato</strong>: 180 g<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> lievito di birra: </strong>10 g<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong>&nbsp;olio d&#8217;oliva evo:</strong> 2 cucchiai<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong>&nbsp;sale: </strong>un cucchiaino da tè colmo<br />
&gt;&gt;<b>&nbsp;</b><strong>acqua</strong><b> :</b> 350 ml</p>
<p><em>per condire la focaccia</em><br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>cipolla</strong>: 1 grande<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>pomodoro</strong>: 1 grande o una decina di quelli piccoli<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>olio d&#8217;oliva evo</strong>: q.b.<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>sale fino</strong>: q. b.<br />
&gt;&gt;&nbsp;<strong>origano</strong>: q.b.</p>
<h2><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">PREPARAZIONE della focaccia </span></strong><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">con Lievito Madre, </span></strong><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Cipolla e Pomodori</span></strong></h2>
<p><strong>Per cominciare</strong> spella e affettata grossolanamente una cipolla, <strong>lessala </strong>in acqua bollente salata, scolala e mettila in un piatto, <strong>taglia i pomodori</strong> a pezzetti e mettili in un altro piatto, <strong>condisci sia la cipolla affettata che i pomodorini</strong> <strong>tagliati con olio e sale</strong> e tieni tutto pronto per quando devi condire la focaccia.</p>
<p>In una ciotola capiente <strong>setaccia le farine</strong>, metti l&#8217;olio, il lievito madre rinfrescato, il lievito di birra e piano, piano versa<strong> l&#8217;acqua </strong>(lasciane un pochino per sciogliere il sale) e impasta,<strong>&nbsp;infine</strong> unisci<strong> il sale </strong>insieme al resto dell&#8217;acqua.<strong> Lavora &nbsp;per 10&#8217;/15&#8242;</strong> minuti il composto. <strong>Forma un panetto e mettilo a lievitare per un&#8217;oretta</strong>. Passato il tempo, ungi un tegame con tre cucchiai d&#8217;olio e mettici la focaccia, quindi <strong>con le mani</strong> <strong>unte</strong>, <strong>affondando le dita</strong>, allarga la pasta &nbsp;fino a quando non avrai ricoperto tutta la superficie del tegame stesso, per finire condiscila con i pomodori, la cipolla, l&#8217;origano, una spolverata di sale e con l&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva extravergine. <strong>Lasciala lievitare per un&#8217;altra oretta circa, </strong>scalda il forno e inforna a 200° per 20&#8242; minuti, più o meno, dipende dal forno. Controlla la cottura, accendi il grill e falla dorare. La tua fantastica focaccia pomodori e cipolle con lievito madre è pronta!</p>

<p>Esta receta os va a interesar, visto el número de me gusta que ha tenido en el <a href="https://www.facebook.com/lalunadeigolosifunpage/" data-wpel-link="external" rel="external noopener noreferrer">Facebook</a>! He preparado este Bizcocho con Queso de Burgos y Trocitos de Chocolate para celebrar mi cumple (sí, ya tengo 26 años&#8230;.Ahahahaa!! <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> ) por que sabía que las tartas con crema y nata a mis niños no le gustan. Así que, en lugar de una tarta de cumpleaños, he preparado dos bizochos con formas de castillo de princesas y de robot (utilizando unos moldes de silicona que me ha regalado una amiga que me conoce muy bien!): estaban riquísimos y con esas formas tan bonitas&#8230;Ha sido un verdadero exito!</p>
<h2><strong>RECETA del Bizcocho con Queso de Burgos y Trocitos de Chocolate<br />
</strong></h2>
<p><strong>RECETA para 2 bizochocos medianos</strong><br />
<strong> DIFICULTAD</strong>: baja<br />
<strong>TIEMPO</strong>: 20’+ 20′-30’ (cocción)<br />
<strong>COSTE</strong>: bajo</p>
<h3>INGREDIENTES del<strong> Bizcocho con Queso de Burgos y Trocitos de Chocolate</strong></h3>
<p>&gt;&gt;<strong> harina</strong>: 300 g<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> azúcar</strong>: 300 g<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> queso de burgos</strong>: 300 g<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> huevos</strong>: 3<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>levadura</strong>: 1 sobre<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> mantequilla</strong>: 50 g<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> sal</strong>: una pizca<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> trocitos de chocolate</strong>: al gusto<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> azúcar glass</strong>: al gusto</p>
<h3>PREPARACIÓN d<strong>el Bizcocho con Queso de Burgos y Trocitos de Chocolate</strong></h3>
<p>Pera hacer el <strong>bizcocho con queso de burgos y trocitos de chocolate</strong>, bate los huevos en un bol con el azúcar, añade la sal, la mantequilla (antes pasala unos 30 segundos en el microondas), el queso de Burgos (despúes de haberlo aplastado un poco en un bol con un tenedor) y la harina tamizada con la levadura. Añade los trocitos de chocolate (a mi, como podéis ver en las fotos, me ha ayudado mi pequeña chef, un trocito lo echaba en la masa, otro se lo comía!) y luego vierte la masa en los moldes de silicona. Hornea a 200°C (horno caliente) durante unos 20/25 minutos, antes de apagar <a title="“Dammi uno stecchino e…Ti dirò se è fatta!”" href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/la-prov-stecchino-e-ti-diro-se/" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="internal">controla la cocción con un palillo</a>. Saca los bizcochos del horno y dejalos enfriar antes de espolvorear azúcar glass: <em>Buena merienda!</em></p>

Era tanto che desideravo assaggiare il cavolo nero ma non trovavo mai il momento giusto per cucinarlo: nella mia famiglia erano tutti prevenuti e nessuno mi appoggiava nel voler assaggiare un nuovo &#8220;membro&#8221; della ricca famiglia delle Crucifere! Ma l&#8217;altro giorno, quando sono andata a fare la spesa, c&#8217;erano i cavoli neri in bella mostra, non ho saputo trattenermi e così l&#8217;ho comprato e tornata a casa l&#8217;ho anche cucinato. A quel punto ormai non c&#8217;era molta scelta: bisognava mangiare la Minestra di Cavolo Nero o&#8230;Passare direttamente al secondo! Bene, finalmente posso dire che  la zuppa è piaciuta molto e che l&#8217;abbiamo mangiata tutti volentieri!</p>

<h3><span style="color: #ff6600;">INGREDIENTI della Zuppa con Cavolo Nero</span></h3>
<p>&gt;&gt;<strong> cavolo nero: </strong>400/500 g<br />
&gt;&gt;<strong> sedano: </strong>1 costa<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>carota</strong>: 1 piccola<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>cipolla</strong>: 1 piccola<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>fagioli borlotti: </strong>200 g circa (io ho usato quelli freschi, se sono secchi,                  bisogna tenerli a bagno per 10-12 ore)<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>patate</strong>: 2 o 3 (280 g circa)<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>pomodori</strong>: 200 g circa<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>olio d&#8217;oliva</strong> <strong>evo</strong>: 80/100 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>pane arrostito</strong>: 8/10 fette<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>sale e pepe</strong>: q.b.</p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff6600;">PREPARAZIONE della Zuppa con Cavolo Nero</span></h3>
<p>Elimina dalle foglie del cavolo nero le coste centrali più dure e taglia il resto a pezzetti, poi lava bene il tutto; soffriggi la cipolla, la carota e il sedano <strong>tritati</strong> in olio d&#8217;oliva extravergine, lascia cuocere per pochi minuti e poi unisci le patate sbucciate, lavate e tagliate a dadini, i borlotti scolati dall&#8217;acqua dell&#8217;ammollo e il cavolo nero. Abbassa la fiamma e aspetta una decina di minuti, poi versa due tazze d&#8217;acqua calda, metti il sale, una macinata di pepe, copri e lascia cuocere la zuppa pianissimo per <strong>una ora e mezza</strong>. Prima di togliere dal fuoco la minestra tosta il pane, mettilo nei piatti e versaci sopra il cavolo nero appena cotto o passato al setaccio e&#8230;<em>Buon appetito!</em></p>

<p>Como cada año, para el cumpleaños de Diana me gusta preparar una tarta, un bizcocho o algun postre para poder poner una pequeña vela encima y para que Diana sople mientras todo el mundo canta &#8220;<em>Tanti Auguri a Teeeeee/Cumpleaños felizzzzzz</em>&#8220;! He notado que las tartas con crema y nata no son sus favoritas (de hecho, no las come!), así que para no hacer la clasica &#8220;ciambella (bizcocho)&#8221; (es que los bizochos son perfectos para los niños, además hay algunos que están de muerte, come el<a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/ciambellone-alla-non-nutella-di-misya-provato-mangiato/" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="internal"> de nocilla</a>, el de <a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/tarta-de-chocolate-de-la-nonna-imma/" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="internal">cacao </a>o la<a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/receta-de-la-tarta-paraiso/" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="internal"> Tarta Paraiso</a>, que, aunque se llame así, no es una tarta sino un bizocho de mantequilla), el año pasado hicimos (estaba mi madre aquí con nosotros!) la <a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/crostata-di-fragole-con-crema-pasticcera/" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="internal">crostata con fresas fresca</a> y crema pastelera, el anterior una tarta con &#8220;<a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/golosa-base-al-cacao-para-tartas/" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="internal">Pan di Spagna&#8221;</a> y el primero una estupenda <a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/pastiera-napolitana/" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="internal">pastiera napolitana</a>, este año he hecho una <strong>crostata de mermelada</strong>, un postre que es como <strong>galleta gigante</strong> (de hecho, si te sobra la masa puedes usarla para hacer galletas o directamente hacer solo galletas, como estas <a href="http://lalunadeigolosi.com/biscotti-di-pasta-frolla-jacopucci/" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="internal">galletas decoradas con chocolate!</a>), a mi me encanata y a los niños le suele gustar también! Así que&#8230;Aquí te dejo la receta, ya me dirás qué tal!</p>
<h2><strong><span style="color: #914ed4;">RECETA de la Crostata de Mermelada</span><br />
</strong></h2>
<p><strong>RECETA para un molde de 30 cm de diámetro</strong><br />
<strong>DIFICULTAD</strong>: baja<br />
<strong>PREPARACIÓN</strong>: 45’ (preparación) + [20’+10’](cocción)<br />
<strong>COSTE</strong>: mediano</p>
<h3><span style="color: #914ed4;">INGREDIENTES DE LA RECETA de la <strong>Crostata de Mermelada</strong></span></h3>
<p>&gt;&gt; <strong>harina</strong>: 400 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>azúcar</strong>: 200 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>mantequilla fría</strong>: 100 g<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>huevos</strong>: 2<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>sal</strong>: 1 pizca<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>levadura instantánea para postres</strong>: 1 sobre<br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>mermelada</strong>: de fresa, melocotón, ciruelas&#8230;</p>
<h3><span style="color: #914ed4;">PREPARACIÓN de la <strong>Crostata de Mermelada</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepara la masa: mezcla rápidamente la harina tamizada con el azúcar, la sal, los huevos y la mantequilla fría. Por ultimo añade la levadura. Mezcla rápidamente todo hasta que la masa sea homogénea. Forma una pelota, envuélvela con film transparente y ponla en la nevera durante media hora.</li>
<li>Después de 30 minutos, coge la masa de la nevera y ponla encima de un papael de horno, con un rodillo extiende la masa directamente sobre ese papel (hasta un espesor de 3-4 mm), espolvoreando harina si ves que la masa se pega al rodillo. Coge el molde que vas a usar para hornear la crostata y ponlo encima de la masa, dale la vuelta, aprieta de modo que se corte la masa, que ahora tendrá forma de circulo. Quita la masa que sobra y pon el papel de horno con el circulo de masa dentro del molde (en lugar de poner el papel de horno en el molde, puedes pasar mantequilla en el molde y luego espolvorear con harina).</li>
<li>Con la masa que ha sobrado prepara unas tiras y ponlas en los bordes de la tarta, como mostrado en foto. Echa la mermelada encima de la masa creando una capa de grosor uniforme (2-3 mm). Usa la restante masa para cubrir la tarta (puedes hacer tiras, flores, discos, escribir nombres, números&#8230;).</li>
<li>Hornea la crostata durante 25 minutos a 200 ºC (horno caliente!!!), luego saca la tarta y deja que se enfríe completamente antes de colocarla en un plato. Y ya está, tu <strong>crostata de mermelada</strong> está lista!</li>

Pela las cebollas y córtalas en dos, donde la cebolla es más &#8220;gordita&#8221;. Limpia la calabaza, pélala, quita las semillas y los filamentos y córtala en rodajas de 2 cm y, a continuación, cada rodaja en trocitos. Pon las verduras en una fuente para horno, de manera que no se superpongan mucho. Condimenta con aceite, sal y las otras especias y espolvorea con el pan rallado. Hornea a 180ºC durante más o menos una hora y&#8230;<em>¡Buen provecho!</em></p>

<p>La ricetta di questi Hamburger Vegetariani di Lenticchie e Quinoa l&#8217;ho presa dal blog di Jasmine, labna.it, un blog veramente carino e pieno di cose interessanti! In particolare questi hamburger sono una mia interpretazione delle sue <a title="polpette di lenticchie" href="http://www.labna.it/polpette-di-quinoa-e-lenticchie.html" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="external" rel="external noopener noreferrer">Polpette di quinoa e lenticchie con salsa al basilico</a>. La mia versione è leggermente diversa nella preparazione e nella cottura ma la &#8220;sostanza&#8221; è la stessa: un piatto a base di lenticchie e quinoa, saporito, rapido e leggero, l&#8217;ideale per i vegetariani che sono in cerca di qualcosa di sfizioso e veloce da preparare durante le feste di Natale e per il Cenone! Infatti, questi Hamburger Vegetariani di Lenticchie son perfetti da servire come aperitivo o da mangiucchiare a mezzanotte (al posto di lenticchie e cotechino&#8230;) per festeggiare il nuovo anno! <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

&gt;&gt; <span style="color: #363636;"><strong>Lenticchie</strong>: 100 g</span><br />
&gt;&gt; <span style="color: #363636;"><strong>Uova</strong>: 1</span><br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>Farina o Pangrattato</strong><span style="color: #363636;">: 3 cucchiai</span><br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>S</strong><span style="color: #363636;"><strong>ale, pepe, cumino</strong>: q.b.</span><br />
&gt;&gt; <strong>Olio evo</strong><span style="color: #363636;">: </span><span style="color: #363636;">q.b.</span></p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff0000;">PREPARAZIONE DELLA RICETTA:</span></h3>
<p>Prepara le <strong>lenticchie</strong> come preferisci (con o senza soffritto, puoi anche solo lessarle in abbondante acqua per circa un&#8217;oretta), l&#8217;importante è che le lenticchie siano ben cotte. A parte prepara la <strong>quinoa</strong>: metti circa 180 g d&#8217;acqua a bollire con un po&#8217; di sale, quando l&#8217;acqua bolle, versa la quinoa e falla cuocere per circa 15-20 minuti a fuoco medio-basso. Quando la quinoa è fatta (avrá ssorbito tutta l&#8217;acqua e si presenterá con i grani un po&#8217; aperti), spegni e lasciala raffreddare. Metti in una ciotola la quinoa, le lenticchie, l&#8217;uovo, le spezie e la farina o il pangrattato. L&#8217;impasto che si ottiene deve essere morbido e non deve disfarsi. Nel caso, aggiungi altra <strong>farina o pangrattato</strong>. Dai all&#8217;impasto la forma degli hamburger, poi accendi il forno e fallo scaldare. Fodera la leccarda del forno con della carta oleata e poi ungila con un po&#8217; d&#8217;olio, mettici sopra i tuoi <strong>Hamburger Vegetariani di Lenticchie</strong> e cospargili con del pangrattato. Fai quindi cuocere gli hamburger a <strong>180ºC per circa 25 minuti</strong> e poi servili caldi o tiepidi, come piú ti piace!</p>
